Order Cancellation

  • Time Frame:

You have the option to cancel an order (or part of an order) within 7 days of order confirmation or before it is shipped, whichever occurs earlier.

  • Cancellation Fee:

A 2.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid during the refund process. If cashback was used, it will be subtracted from the refund amount if applied to another order.

How to Request Cancellation:

  • Navigate to the “My Orders” section in your ‘My Account.’

  • Click the ‘Cancel Item’ button next to the item you wish to cancel.

  • If you checked out as a Guest User, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

  • Refer to our Refund Policy for details on the refund process and timelines.

Return Policy:

  • Time Frame:

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Defective – Products with manufacturing flaws affecting intended use.

  • Difference – Items differing in dimension, shape, or color from the website image.

  • Not Functional – Dead-on-arrival products (e.g., items with batteries or requiring electrical sources) are eligible for replacement.

Not Eligible for Return or Replacement:

  • Damaged or Missing – Claims regarding damage, incomplete products, or missing components must be made during delivery or assembly.

  • Installation Issues – We do not offer wall mounting services, and return requests due to customer inability to wall-mount will not be processed.

  • Relocation – Parthlife is not responsible for damage during subsequent dismantling, reassembly, or relocation after delivery in perfect condition.

Initiating a Return Request:

  • Click clear photographs of the item.

  • For registered users, login, go to ‘My Orders,’ click ‘Return This Product,’ select the reason, upload supporting images, write comments, and submit the request.

  • Pick-Up: The Parthlife team will contact you within 24 hours. The return pick-up will be scheduled, and the product should be ready with original packaging, user manual, warranty slip, and accessories for a successful pick-up within 72 hours of the request initiation.

Refund Payment Method:

After the cancellation of the item, the refund is processed once the product has been picked up from the delivery location. You have the option to receive your refund in the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, or UPI Account).

For those who opted for EMI:

In the case of a full refund, the amount is credited to your original mode of payment. However, for partial refunds, the refund is initiated through an NEFT transaction to your bank account to ensure the remaining EMI is not lapsed. Any cashback earned before the cancellation will be deducted from Parthlife credits. If the same cashback was used for another order, it will be subtracted from the refund amount of the canceled product. Note that variations may occur based on the terms and conditions of the financial service provider and the timing of the return request.

Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount is credited to your selected payment mode within 7-10 business days. The refund timelines for various modes are as follows:
